This privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit this website or contact us. It covers the Sprayfolio website only. The Sprayfolio app has its own privacy notice, which explains how we handle the information you store in your account.

Who we are

This website is operated by Pro Dev Dynamics Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10518869, whose registered office is at 1 Richmond Road, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1PE, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

You can contact us about privacy using our contact form (choose “Privacy or data request”) or by post to the address above.

What we collect and why

• Contact form messages. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and message, and optionally your organisation and phone number. We use this to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a demonstration. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting and security providers process your IP address, browser details and the pages requested so the site can be delivered securely and protected against abuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

We do not use this website to sell your information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Cookies

This website does not set analytics or marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our hosting and security providers to protect the site, and by WordPress if you log in to manage the site. Because these are strictly necessary, we do not ask for consent to use them. If we add analytics in future we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions:

• Kinsta, which hosts this website on Google Cloud in London
• Cloudflare, which provides our domain names, DNS and network security
• Our email provider, which delivers contact form messages to us

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our app privacy notice applies. Server logs are kept by our hosting and security providers for a short period in line with their own retention policies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To make a request, use our contact form. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. If you are in Ireland you can also contact the Data Protection Commission.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
