Pricing questions
Billing, trials and cancelling
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 30-day trial includes everything in the Team plan and you can choose a plan at any point before it ends.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move between Solo and Team, add extra operators to Team, or switch between monthly and yearly billing from the billing settings in the app.
What happens if I cancel or my subscription lapses?
Your account becomes read-only. You can still view and export every record you have made, because they are your legal records. You just cannot add new ones until you choose a plan again.
Is VAT included?
No, prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise starts from £1,500 a year for councils and large contractors, and depends on the number of operators and the onboarding you need. Contact us for a quote.
